ALVA is a multidisciplinary practice that started two and a half years ago, founded by Diogo Potes and Ricardo Matos. Diogo and Ricardo have known each other for a long time and share similar backgrounds and professional paths. They call themselves friends rather than work colleagues. The typographic detail, developed specifically for each project, is central to their work. We do not know if the concept “graphic boutique” exists, but it has a pleasant sound. LUX, Bica do Sapato, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, Museu Berardo, LX Factory and Red Bull are just a few examples of their clients.
